WSJ: New Tax Rules Hurting Terex-Konecranes?

The Wall Street Journal has an interesting look at how changes to curtail U.S. tax benefits of American┬ácompanies merging with foreign companies may be hurting the proposed Terex Corp. merger with Finland’s Konecranes.

Ironically,┬áthose changes may make it more beneficial for Terex to sell to China’s Zoomlion
