Wire Rope Cable Assemblies

Components Co. In.  (CCI) recently expanded its manufacturing systems to more efficiently fabricate custom wire rope cable assemblies. Based in Brookfield, Wis., CCI supplies 1/16th to 7/8th in.  diameter wire rope cable assemblies used in construction and mining equipment, agricultural machinery and other mobile equipment applications.

Wire rope assemblies are available in either galvanized or stainless steel and the company stocks most types of end fittings to provide a quick turnaround on assembly orders. Among the recent improvements at CCI is the installation of a new automated high-speed cable cuter and the company also maintains a quality lab, in-process and final inspection procedures designed to ensure that all assemblies meet the correct certifications.

Along with cable assemblies, CCI also supplies a range of other products, including springs, wire forms, casters, fasteners, hoses and tubing, injection molded plastic components and extruded gaskets and other rubber components.
