Elevāt has introduced Elevāt EZ, a turnkey monitoring, tracking and management solution for machines of all types.

Elevāt, a Washington-based supplier of connectivity technology and software services for real-time asset management, has released a new turnkey monitoring, tracking and management solution for machines of all types. Elevāt EZ is designed to connect heavy machinery to the cloud, configure quickly and provide immediate gains in uptime, output, security and machinery asset management through a user-friendly application platform, the company said. It is available for both OEM and aftermarket applications.

“With the release of Elevāt EZ, we are taking the heavy lifting out of connecting machines to the cloud,” said Adam Livesay, co-founder and chief revenue officer at Elevāt. “The plug-and-play hardware and flexible software application eliminate the downtime and difficult, time-consuming deployment associated with typical IoT solutions available today.

“In developing Elevāt EZ, we had one primary goal in mind; hassle-free fleet-wide access to field-deployed machine assets for equipment manufacturers, fleet operators, owners and users regardless of where in the world the assets are used.”

Elevāt EZ is engineered to connect in minutes and provide detailed GPS and geofencing capabilities, alarms and notifications to any device, along with information on usage, parts, fuel and operational reports and as many as 10 custom configured data points.

The XG3700 gateway device is 2.7 x 3.6 x 0.7 in. module that offers RS and CAN series interfaces with four digital inputs, two digital outputs and three analog inputs. The electronics are housed within an ABS case sealed to IP 67 standards. The unit operates on 8 to 31 V dc and it can operate on vehicle power or multiple battery options are available. The XG3700 also includes a range of cellular and satellite-based connection capabilities.
