Hiller extends term at Deutz

New term of office to run until 2026

The Supervisory Board of Deutz AG has extended the term of Dr. Frank Hiller, Chairman of the Board of Management. He has now been appointed for a further five years, with his new term of office running until December 31, 2026.

Dr. Bernd Bohr, Chairman of the Deutz Supervisory Board, said:“Extending the term of appointment ensures continuity on the Board of Management, thereby providing solid foundations for Deutz’s ongoing success.”

Hiller has been Chairman of the Board of Management since January 1, 2017. Under his leadership, the Group has expanded initiatives such as the E-Deutz strategy and its activities in China. The efficiency program introduced in 2020 is designed to continue protecting Deutz’s liquidity and drive ahead its growth projects, the company said.
