Filtration News: Des-Case Buys RMF

Des-Case Corp., Goodlettsville, Tenn., a specialist in desiccant breathers and a manufacturer of specialty filtration products, has announced its acquisition of RMF Systems, Waddinxveen, Netherlands.  RMF is a specialist in desiccant breathers, filtration systems, analysis and monitoring solutions primarily  to maintain hydraulic oil and lubricant cleanliness.  

Des-Case said it has a strong presence in the North American breather market and provides filtration and transfer systems of all shapes and sizes, while RMF is a supplier to the European filtration market with a particular focus on hydraulic solutions.

 “The relationship with RMF Systems represents an opportunity to establish Des-Case as a market leader in Europe, and significantly strengthens our global presence,” said Brian Gleason, president and CEO of Des-Case.
