Dana Acquires SME Group

Dana Inc. has completed the acquisition of the SME Group, headquartered in Arzignano, Italy. The global SME Group designs, engineers and manufactures low-voltage AC induction and synchronous reluctance motors, inverters and controls for a wide range of vehicles.
