Yanmar Industrial Engines Adds 3

Yanmar America, Adairsville, Ga., said that Matt Hilliard has joined the company as an account manager and will report to Jeff Holland, division manager, Industrial Engines. Hilliard will be responsible for sales and revenue growth and will also be responsible for continuous distribution network improvement and development for the Industrial Engine Division. Additionally, he will promote Yanmar America customer relations within an assigned territory on a direct sales basis, as well as through Yanmar America’s wholesale distributor network.

Prior to Yanmar America, Hilliard was a regional sales manager for Mohawk Industries. He has also worked as a product line manager for Sandvik Mining. Hilliard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from Florida Institute of Technology.

Yanmar also announced that Jenna Henderson as sales support specialist also reporting to Holland. Henderson will be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing and developing services and solutions for the Industrial Group. Additionally, she will provide support for sales growth, improvement and promotion of customer relations with the Yanmar Industrial Engine OEM, distributor, and dealer networks. Henderson was formerly the community director for Matrix Residential responsible for overall customer service duties and driving sales with the use of analytics and marketing strategies. Henderson holds a marketing degree from Georgia Southern University.

The third appointment is Wendy Book, who has been named Financial Analyst II for the Industrial

Engine Division. Book will be responsible for planning, organizing, and reporting on the financial state of the Industrial Division and will develop financial statements and projections, progress updates/reports, and divisional performance metrics. Book has been with Yanmar America for over 10 years, previously as  accounting manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a MBA from Georgia State University.
