New Motor Controllers

Axiomatic introduced new motor controllers during Bauma 2019. They feature CANbus and onboard I/O and are designed for off-highway machine and lift equipment power systems.

The motor controller drives a unidirectional or bi-directional brushed DC motor up to 150A (continuous operation). The company said the controller accepts up to eight command signal inputs and drives two solenoids up to 2.5A as well as two relays. There is protective isolation between drive and processing circuits. A fully sealed IP67 form factor with operation is from -40 to 85°C and vibration compliance ensures strong performance, said the company.

Designed to interface with 12V or 24V battery power, it is suitable for heavy machines.  Many control profile parameters are user configurable using the Axiomatic Electronic Assistant, said the company.

Axiomatic also offers BLDC motor controllers, DC/DC converters, battery chargers, step-up and step-down DC/DC Converters as well as surge protectors for machine power management.
