Mahle Selling Filtration Biz

The Filtration Group Corp. announced it will acquire the industrial filtration business of Mahle GmbH. The acquisition will add to Filtration Group’s customer base across three primary segments: internal combustion engine, air filtration, and fluid filtration, the company said.

The industrial filtration business expands Filtration Group’s presence in Europe and Asia by adding over 900 employees with production facilities in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Romania, the US, Japan, and China. The Filtration Group is an affiliate of Madison Industries.
