JCB North America opens new facility

JCB North America has recently opened a new US$8 million facility in Houston, Texas, US, named Monk JCB.

The facility will provide financial support for newly formed independently owned JCB-only sales, service, and parts dealers. JCB’s Sponsored Dealer program includes the investment in the facility leased to the dealer.

“The opening of Monk JCB is an important part of JCB North America’s growth strategy which includes sponsoring dealerships in key market areas,” said Richard Fox-Marrs, President and CEO of JCB North America.

The new 13,000 square foot building sits on a five-acre site and features the JCB model T-Shaped building design with a single entrance for customers to access sales, service, and parts in one place. The facility is situated on one of the busiest roads in Texas. 

The team at Monk JCB, led by Bryan Monk, have over three decades of experience.
