Hägele passes company leadership to next generation

Hägele GmbH and its sister companies Cleanfix North America Inc. in Canada and Cleanfix Makina in Turkey announced that founder Karl Hägele has recently retired and has transferred sole ownership of the companies to younger members of the Hägele family. Sons Benjamin Hägele and Steffen Hägele will serve as co-CEOs of the Cleanfix operations, headquartered in Schorndorf, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. They are the third generation of leadership of the family-owned company since it was founded in 1958 by Ludwig Hägele.

“I joyfully announce this transition,” said Karl Hägele, “and am very grateful to all involved for this positive, successful and truly progressive restructuring.”
Cleanfix reversible fans are used in farming, construction and processing equipment. To date, the company has producted more than 120,000 fans worldwide.
