The announcement was made by George Kostopoulos, ATC Drivetrain vice president of Global Sales & Marketing. “Our growing base of global OEM customers calls for a global brand. Folding ATP into ATC brand name unifies our companies,” he said. “Our acquisition of the ATP companies amplified our global presence and solidified us as a global leader in the remanufacturing industry. This rebranding reinforces our direction.”

ATC serves the global automotive industry from its facilities in the USA, United Kingdom and China. The company supports automotive OEMs, distributors and individual consumers by providing remanufactured powertrain and drivetrain solutions, including engines, transmissions and transfer cases.
