Independent diesel aftermarket consolidation continues with the announcement that Monroe Capital LLC was the sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Magneto & Diesel Injector Service, Inc. Humble, Texas by private equity sponsor, Warren Equity Partners.

Founded in 1943, M&D Distributors is an independent distributor of aftermarket parts and components for maintaining and repairing diesel engines in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

M&D Distributors’ product portfolio includes more than 100,000 new and remanufactured fuel injection, turbocharger, engine part, and filtration products from leading OEMs and aftermarket suppliers.
