Alexandrescu New President At Russelectric

Dorian Alexandrescu has been appointed president and CEO of Russelectric Inc., the Massachusetts-based supplier of integrated emergency and standby control systems such as power control systems, transfer switches, and bypass/isolation switches.

Alexandrescu has over 20 years of management experience across industry segments including electrical equipment, energy management and clean energy. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of RESA Power Solutions, a supplier of products and services for electric power transmission, distribution, and circuit protection equipment.  Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Eaton Corporation/Power Distribution Operations’ Latin America and Caribbean Division.

Alexandrescu succeeds George Whittaker, who is retiring after 48 years of service.
