New chief executive officer at RB Royal

RB Royal, the Fond du Lac, Wis., specialist in fluid transfer systems, announced that its board of directors has appointed Tristian Kanwar to chief executive officer and president, effective immediately. Kanwar succeeds John Valek, a 27-year-veteran at the company who will continue to work at RB Royal in a strategic consulting capacity.
Kanwar has served as chief operating officer at RB Royal since February of this year. He previously worked at Rockwell Automation for 18 years, most recently as a vice president in its Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing organization.
“The RB Royal board and ownership are excited to welcome Tristian to the company,” said Jim Neuman, chairman of RB Royal’s board. “Tristian’s experience holding various senior leadership positions with a Fortune 500 enterprise brings an added dimension to our leadership team and should bode well for the future of our company.”
