Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel, manufacturers of rough terrain telehandlers and aerial work platforms, have appointed Jamie Graham to the role of vice president of Product Support for both companies.

This is a new position that was created to provide direction for product support and spare parts functions globally. Graham will report directly to Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel CEO Matthew Elvin.

“This role has been created as part of a larger investment program to enhance our global customer support for both of our manufacturing brands,” said Elvin. “By aligning our product support direction for Xtreme and Snorkel, our customers will benefit from corporate synergies that help us to be more efficient and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across the businesses.”

Graham will be responsible for delivering after-sales support for Xtreme and Snorkel equipment across all functions including spare parts, service, technical support, technical documentation, service bulletins, warranty policy and technical training.

He was previously director of Product Support and director of Operations for Snorkel and was based in Snorkel’s facility in Elwood, Kan. He recently relocated to the corporate headquarters in Henderson, Nev.
