Turkey’s Teksan Generator said it has chosen FPT Industrial for a long-term partnership to supply it with the full FPT industrial power generation G-Drive line-up. Teksan said it will receive unregulated, Stage 2 and Stage 3a/Tier 3 compliant G-Drive diesel engines.
FPT Industrial’s G-Drive line covers a power range from 30 kVA to 600 kVA, spread between seven models: S8000, F32, N45, N67, Cursor 9, Cursor 13 and Cursor 16. These variants offer displacements from 2.9 to 15.9 liters and many power rates.
The S8000 delivers an output of 30 kVA and is targeted for emergency and prime power applications, FPT said, while the NEF family includes two different G-Drive models; the N45 – which has five different power ranges and a displacement of 4.5 liters – and the N67, which has a power range from 130 kVA to 250 kVA. The Cursor, line has displacements from 8.7 to 16 liters, and a range between 300 kVA and 600 kVA.
FPT Industrial G-Drive engines also have a switch-ability package that allows users to change from 1500 rpm to 1800 rpm for 50 Hz or 60 Hz operation.
