Gems Sensors & Controls, a manufacturer of fluid sensing and control products, has released it E Series family of pneumatic solenoid valves. The E Series solenoid valves are engineered for air and dry gas applications, and feature a power consumption of 0.65 W.
Gems offers the valves in a nickel-plated body and coil housing construction for durability corrosion resistance, it said. The values have a cylindrical body, with diameters less than ¾ in. and lengths under 2 in.
They are available in multiple 2- or 3-way configurations including normally open, normally closed and multi-purpose and directional control three-way models.
Gems' E Series solenoid valves also are designed with high pressure and high-flow capabilities, and are suited for applications in air monitoring systems, automated packaging equipment, sorting equipment, printing machinery and medical and respiratory healthcare devices.
