Fiat Industrial Makes Exec Appointments
In preparation for the imminent completion of the merger between Fiat Industrial and CNH, Fiat Industrial has announced a number of changes to its leadership team.
Franco Fusignani has been appointed chief operating officer, Iveco, responsible for the profit and loss of the Iveco Truck and Commercial Vehicles business. He most recently was the COO, Fiat Industrial APAC and brand president, New Holland Agriculture.
Stefano Pampalone is the new chief operating officer, APAC. Pampalone was most recently the general manager for CNH in India, Far East and Japan.
Vilmar Fistarol has been named chief operating officer, LATAM, succeeding Marco Mazzu, who has left the company to pursue other interests. Fistarol was most recently the chief purchasing officer for Fiat Chrysler.
Carlo Lambro is the new brand president, New Holland Agriculture. He most recently served as vice president, New Holland Agriculture EMEA.
Alessandro Nasi has been appointed president, Specialty Business Unit, responsible for the Firefighting and Defence businesses of Iveco. Nasi most recently was the chief business development officer for Fiat Industrial.
Annalisa Stupenengo has been named chief purchasing officer, succeeding Osias Galantine, who has accepted a position with Fiat Chrysler LATAM. Stupenengo was most recently vice president, Fiat Chrysler Group Purchasing EMEA.

"Their combined experience in our industries and demonstrated leadership will prove essential as we begin our new life as a single company."
