Getter Named Horton’s New Manufacturing VP

Horton, Inc., a global supplier of fan drives, fans and suspension products for vehicle and equipment applications, announced the appointment of John Getter as vice president of manufacturing. Getter has nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and procurement and most recently eas vice president of manufacturing and logistics for Bühler, Inc., a Plymouth, Minn., manufacturer of food-processing equipment.

Getter has also held senior positions in management, operations, engineering and sourcing with Graco Inc., Suzhou, China, and Minneapolis, Minn. He was also director of engineering for Lake Air Design, Coon Rapids, Minn.; senior manufacturing engineer for Rosemount Measurement Division, Inc., Eden Prairie, Minn.; and manufacturing and test engineer for Fisher-Rosemount Systems Division, Inc., Burnsville, Minn.
