Ramouni Named CEO At ACTIA

ACTIA Corp. announced that Adam Ramouni has been appointed chief executive officer and elected to the company’s board of directors. The ACTIA Group consists of 15 companies, all involved in the vehicle technology segment, that generate annual sales revenues of more than $230 million.

Ramouni had assumed day-to-day operations of the ACTIA U.S. operations as managing director in July of 2006 and has more than 20 years in vehicle electronics. As CEO, he will expand his efforts to include strategic planning and future growth.

Ramouni said that using the company’s core competencies, “we can provide a turnkey solution for just about any vehicle application. We not only can provide all of the on-board solutions, including instrumentation, multiplexed power management, multiplexed switching and telematics, but we can also provide off-board solutions that include diagnostic service tools, end-of-line test solutions and much more.”
