Fiat Powertrain Adds, Promotes

Fiat Powertrain Technologies (FPT) of North America, Inc., formerly Iveco Motors of North America, has announced two promotions and the addition of four new team members to their Carol Stream, Ill. North American headquarters, effective immediately.

Francesco Cenni joins the FPT North American headquarters as assistant general manager, from FPT Italy where he was the CNH account leader. Responsible for all sales and marketing aspects of the business, Cenni will execute the annual business plan and work toward continual development and growth of FPT’s commercial business in North America.

Colleen Phelps has been promoted to human resources manager. She joined the company in 2005, and served in a variety of different roles, including assistance with shipping, logistics, tradeshow management, marketing and human resources.

Patrick Bozelli has been named industrial product manager, responsible for supporting sales, distributors and end users with technical knowledge during the sales, start-up and commissioning process. Bozelli will also identify the product portfolio needs and work with corporate product managers to develop and finalize the product strategy for North America.

Tanya Wennmacher joins FPT as sales administration manager, responsible for managing the order and logistic process from receipt of order to final delivery of product.

Mark Costello will now serve as FPT’s Central U.S. and Canada sales manager. In his new position, he will work with FPT distributors to develop new customers and increase sales volumes with existing customers within his area of responsibility. Additionally, he’ll be responsible for providing support to the distributors on the development of business plans and sales initiatives to penetrate new markets and improve existing ones.

Peter Emerson has been named as an after sales technician. His responsibilities will be to work with distributors to provide and maintain FPT’s after sales service.
