PrintCaton Hired As Navistar CFO

Bill Caton, previously chief financial officer of Dover Diversified, has joined Navistar Inc. as executive vice president and CFO. He will succeed Robert Lannert, who will remain with Navistar as a vice chairman, as CFO following the company’s filing of its 2005 10-K.
