LBX Management Reorganization

Following the appointment of Eric Sauvage as president and CEO, LBX Co., the Lexington, Ken., manufacturer of Link-Belt hydraulic excavators, scrap/material handlers, demolition equipment and forestry equipment, has announced its new senior management team which already started transitioning and will be effective by Jan. 1, 2014.

Joe O’Nan, previously corporate controller, has been promoted to vice president and chief financial officer with responsibility over financial management, supply chain, human resources and information technology.

Don Harvell has been promoted to vice president sales North America. Harvell was most recently director of North American sales and will be responsible for all sales and dealer development operations and profitability in North America.

Mike Davis has been named vice president marketing and communication, responsible for developing and executing LBX marketing and communication strategy. Ed Gerber, most recently general manager, international business, has been promoted to director of international business, responsible for LBX international business sales growth, customer support and dealer development.

Brad Selack has been named director of engineering and product development responsible for product development engineering activities.

Rod Boyer continues as vice president of customer support and Yoshio Uno remains director of corporate auditing.
