Bonded Hose Assemblies

Parker Hannifin announced that its bonded hoses are now available from its Parflex Division in twin-line or multi-line configurations. Bonded hoses are designed to eliminate the problem of tangling in multiple hose installations such as lift trucks, hydraulic cranes and aerial lifts. They can also be used to improve the management of hose and increase the overall strength, eliminating some of the reasons hoses fail in the field, Parker said.

Twin-Line hoses consists of two identical hoses permanently joined for the entire length of the hose, which can offer a more compact, easier to install system, the company said. Multi-Line hoses consist of two to 10 hoses (or a maximum width of 10 in.) in various combinations of sizes and types. Where needed, hoses can be separated to allow for routing, Parker said.

The bonded hoses are available in a variety of styles and sizes range from 3/16th in. i.d. up to 1 in. i.d.
