New Tennant CEO Names Management Team

Chris Killingstad, who will take over as Tennant Co.'s president and CEO on Dec. 1, has named his senior management team. Andy Eckert will serve as vice president of North American sales. Eckert has been general sales manager for the western division. Steven Coopersmith, vice president of global marketing will now report directly to the CEO and join Eckert in leading the North American business. Tom Dybsky, the company's vice president of administration, will now also be responsible for human resources, North American customer service, risk management and North American field service.

A number of executives will continue in their current positions: Mark Fleigle, vice president of global research and development; Anthony Lenders, vice president and general manager of Europe; and Bob Luck, vice president and general manager of the company's international business unit. Rex Carter, senior vice president of operations and systems, has been selected to lead the company's expansion in China, where Tennant plans to produce floor-cleaning machines.
