Corley Named President of Deutz USA
Steve Corley, 46, has been named president and CEO of Deutz Corp., Duluth, Ga. and regional executive Americas for Cologne, Germany-based engine manufacturer Deutz AG.
Corley succeeds Christian Krupp, who is returning to Deutz AG as senior vice president finance and investor relations. Also at Deutz Corp., Christian Vorspel-Rüter has been named chief financial officer. Vorspel-Rüter was head of controlling technology for Deutz AG.
Corley joined Deutz from Perkins in 2000 as general sales manager. He became vice president in 2005 and executive vice president in 2009. With Perkins he started as an engineering trainee in the U.K., moved into sales in 1992, and moved to the U.S. in 1995.
