Dean Harlow has been appointed president of Ricardo’s North American subsidiary, Ricardo, Inc. Before founding his own automotive consulting business in 2006, he spent more than twenty years with General Motors in various roles. His most recent GM position was as director, global planning for GM Powertrain, where he led its first global hybrid program.
