Management Changes at Wacker Corp.

Wacker Corp. said Dave Christifulli, vice president of sales and product support has announced his retirement effective December 31, 2007. Christifulli has worked for Wacker for 32 years and has led the sales organization as vice president since 1986.

Johannes Schulze Vohren has been appointed vice president of sales. Most recently, vice president of logistics, Schulze Vohren joined Wacker in 1994 in international sales. Effective May 1, 2007, Schulze-Vohren will assume the expanded position of vice president, sales and product support. This position includes overseeing the entire domestic sales organization as well as marketing communications, technical publications, sales engineering and product support.

Also retiring in 2007 is Harold Rick, national sales manager since in 1994. Effective January 1, 2007, Rick was assigned to Equipro, Wacker’s wholly-owned service business to assist Equipro management. He will officially retire July 1, 2007.

The new national sales manager is Todd Christifulli. Todd Christifulli joined Wacker in 1992 and most recently was regional manager for the Mid-Atlantic region.
