CDTi Names Harris President, CEO
Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (CDTi), a global manufacturer and distributor of emissions control systems and products, has named Christopher J. Harris as president and CEO.
Harris has more than 25 years of experience in specialty chemicals and materials companies. He has served as CDTi’s COO and vice president, Integrated Supply Chain and Research and Engineering, since April 2012. He joined the company as COO in October 2010, following the combination of CDTi and Catalytic Solutions Inc.
“I am honored to have been chosen by the Board to lead CDTi into what we all believe will be an exciting period of renewed growth for our company,” Harris said. “CDTi’s focus on execution in product and technology development has established us as an innovator in the catalyst industry.”
The company also announced that it will move its corporate headquarters from Ventura, Calif. to its operations campus in Oxnard, Calif.
“We believe this is an important step in our ongoing growth and success strategy,” Harris said. “Not only are we reducing costs, we are strengthening collaboration among our team members to drive more efficient decision-making which in turn will enhance our ability to serve our customers and improve our performance.”
Following the relocation there will be approximately 75 employees at the Oxnard headquarters, comprised of corporate, manufacturing, sales, and research and development staff. CDTi employs approximately 150 people worldwide.Edit Module
