Changes at Eaton’s Vehicle Group

Eaton Corp. has named Patrick Randrianarison president of its Vehicle Group in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) effective August 1. Randrianarison will report to Ken Davis, president of Eaton’s Vehicle Group, and will be based in Turin, Italy. He will be responsible for leading Eaton’s automotive and truck businesses in EMEA. Randrianarison succeeds Nanda Kumar who was recently named executive vice president of the Eaton Business System. Most recently, Randrianarison served as president of Eaton in South America and president of the Vehicle Group in South America.

Succeeding Randrianarison as president - South America and president of the Vehicle Group - South America will be Antonio Galvao. Galvao will report to Davis in his new Vehicle Group role and Craig Arnold, vice chairman and chief operating officer - Eaton’s Industrial Sector, in his South American role. He will continue to be located in Valinhos, Brazil. A search for Galvao’s successor as director of operations for the Vehicle Group in South America is underway.
