New International Engine Engineering VP

International Truck and Engine Corp. has announced the appointment of Dr. Helmut Endres as vice president of engineering of its Engine Group. Endres joins International from Volkswagen AG in Germany, where he was most recently executive director of powertrain development for the Volkswagen brand. Endres replaces Mark Stasell, who returns to International's Truck Group in business development. Endres will be responsible for engine engineering and product development for International's line of MaxxForce diesel engines and engines sold to International customers.
