Duncan New President At ZF

John Duncan has been named president of Off-Road Driveline Technology and Axle Systems for ZF Group North American Operations, effective Jan. 1. Duncan succeeds Helmut Schulz who retired at the end of last year.

In his new position, Duncan will oversee all activities for ZF's off-highway business in North America including the transmission and axle production site in Gainesville, Ga. He will also be responsible for the on-highway axle systems business and production site in Lancaster, S.C. “ZF is a technology leader and we will continue to focus on streamlining our North American operations while acquiring new customers,” Duncan said.

Duncan has more than 25 years of experience in the on- and off-highway industries, and was with ZF from 1987 to 1996, starting as an account manager and rising to vice president & general manager of the Off-Highway Division. He returns to ZF with 10 years of general management experience working as president of a hydraulics and gearbox company.
