BluePoint Energy, Inc. said it has entered into a five-year strategic alliance agreement with Cummins Power Generation for combined heat and power (CHP) products 1 megawatt and below.

The agreement calls for BluePoint to integrate, manufacture and supply its EnviroGen modules utilizing Cummins products. The systems will be co-branded as or similar to "BluePoint Energy EnviroGen Energy Modules - Powered by Cummins."

Cummins will sell the sets through its worldwide distribution network on an exclusive basis, except as otherwise precluded by any previous commitments, alliances or agreements

Cummins Power Generation’s Kip Schwimmer, director - Commercial Business, North America said, "Cummins Power Generation, through our Energy Solutions Business, offers our combined heat and power customers a robust solution with large size packages.
