Twin Disc President to Retire

Racine, Wis. transmission manufacturer Twin Disc Inc., said Michael H. Joyce, president and chief operating officer will retire from the company, effective July 31. Michael E. Batten, chairman and chief executive officer, will assume the additional role of president following Joyce's departure.

James Feiertag, executive vice president of North American operations and global transmission and industrial sales and marketing, and John Batten, executive vice president of global marine propulsion sales and marketing, will take full operating responsibilities in their respective divisions, Twin Disc said.
