Industry NewsAtlas Copco Buys Italian Stone Cutting Co.January 12, 2012 Atlas Copco Italia S.p.A. has acquired Perfora S.p.A., Bagnolo, Italy, Perfora manufactures drilling and cutting equipment used in quarries that produce raw stone blocks. Perfora is a privately owned company that currently employs 43 people and has annual revenues of about € 10 million. Perfora’s products which include diamond wire saws and drill rigs for stone applications, are distributed through direct sales and local dealers in selected countries around the world.
