Hydraulic Drive System Specialist Sold

HCI Equity Partners (HCI), a private equity company that focuses on growth-oriented industrial product and service companies, announced that it has acquired TDS, formerly known as Tuthill Drive Systems. No financial details were available.

TDS, a global manufacturer of fluid-driven drivetrain systems components for OEM and aftermarket applications, will remain a stand-alone business allowing for manufacturing, engineering and customer service to be managed and operated locally, HCI said.
