Ustian, Two Incumbents Re-Elected To Navistar Board
Navistar International Corp. announced at the company’s annual meeting that three incumbent directors, including Chairman, President and CEO Daniel C. Ustian, have been re-elected to new three-year terms on the company’s board of directors. The other directors re-elected were John D. Correnti, chairman and chief executive officer of Steel Development Co. and James H. Keyes, retired chairman of the board of Johnson Controls.
Shareholders also rejected a proposal submitted by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters to require shareholder approval for certain future severance agreements with senior executives.
