Horton Appoints New President & CEO

Horton Holding, Inc., the Roseville, MN.-headquartered supplier of engine fan drives, fans and suspension products, has appointed David Adams as president and chief executive officer of Horton Holding, Inc. and all subsidiary companies. Adams will oversee Horton Holding, Inc., global headquarters; Horton, Inc., United States; Horton Europe GmbH & Co. KG, Germany; Horton Mexico; and Horton South America, Brazil.

Prior to the position at Horton, Adams was a division chief executive officer for Thyssenkrupp Waupaca. He held the positions of division president, chief operating officer, vice president operations and general manager within ZF Friedrichshafen AG in the United States, including a top position within a ZF/Ford joint venture. In addition, Adams has held executive-level positions with VME in Brussels, Belgium (currently Volvo Construction Equipment), CDI Transportation/Modern Engineering, Rockwell International and Sheller-Globe Corporation.
