Carraro Group and Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Sign Partnership

Carraro Group, a power transmission systems manufacturer headquartered in Campodarsego, Padova, Italy, has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST), headquartered in Weinheim/Bergstrabe,Germany. The companies expect to leverage their core development capabilities in designing power transmission systems to incorporate new seal innovations. The agreement caps more than 30 years working relationship in manufacturing axles, transmissions, drives and inverters for the construction, agricultural, automotive and renewable energy industries.

Carraro’s three business areas—Carraro DriveTech, Agritalia and Santerno—specialize in drivelines and components, vehicle engineering and contract manufacturing, and electronics. FST provides seals, gaskets and elastomeric solutions to 32 different industries including aerospace, energy, agriculture, construction, power transmission and generation, fluid technologies, and food and beverage.
