Axial Piston Pumps

Posted on April 4, 2013

Hawe Hydraulik will premiere in a new line of axial piston pump at bauma 2013, the V40M which has been designed for open circuits in mobile machines and has a displacement volume of 45 cc/rev.

Hawe said the pump’s slewing angle allows very fine and simple variations to the flow rate. With a self-suction speed of 2900 r/min, the components is suited for applications requiring operating pressures of up to 250 bar, with peak pressures of up to 320 bar. The pump is available with load-sensing controllers and electric proportional controllers.

The pump is suitable for utilization in constructions machines, snow plows, embankment mowers, diesel-powered forklifts, self-propelled working platforms, agricultural machinery, as well as for driving generators.

The pump size, with a length of 208.5 mm, is particularly well suited for deployment in twin pump configurations, said Hawe. In this particular utilization,  a power take-off gear or the motor directly drive the pump which enables compact and efficient parallel operation of multiple consumers at full load. On request a through-shaft with radial suction and pressure ports is also available and can be used to mount additional variable displacement pumps or auxiliary pumps.
