CNH Names Marchionne Chairman

CNH Global N.V said Sergio Marchionne will become the company’s new chairman of the board to replace retiring chairman, Katherine M. Hudson. CNH also elected five new board members (and their companies): Leo W. Houle (BCE Inc., Bell Canada); Rolf M. Jeker (Societe Generale de Surveillance); Peter Kalantzis (independent consultant); John Lanaway (Ogilvy & Mather); and Jacques Theurillat (Serono). The board was also increased by two to a total of 11 members.
